Propose a Session
Please note: To be fair to all attendees, we are not scheduling anything until Monday, March 6. Any requests before then will be disregarded.
We have space for self-organized sessions and help desks, which are available first come, first serve. To reserve a space, follow these directions:
1) Fill out the following form: Form:Session_Create. In the Theme section, make sure to put "Self Organized" At the end of the form, once you submit, you will be directed to a "page" for your session. Save the link provided.
2) Email the link to email@example.com requesting a room WITH SUBJECT: [Self-Organized]
4) Visit the front desk, where you will be provided with a number of available time slots. Let Sarah know which one you prefer, and she will schedule it on the spot. Do not leave the registration desk, until it is confirmed.
5) Your session will be posted on the Event List/Times page and tweeted out.
